5 large bubbles of problems, none technical but implementation

Trust: data real, trust those collecting, interpreting

Validity: that once get data/information (maybe info rather than data), how can you cross check it with survey

Capacity: government level, collection level, take action on the data

Children’s rights; key thing for Iraqi govt: how let people know about children’s right, how use data to advocate for children’s rigth

Make it open-Source: so can edit and change it so don’t need outside consultancy all the time

Holding, collection, action overlap with yesterday stages of data collection

March: 2-3 protoypes will be build by in March, hope that the community build here, open, mobile community here will help with phase 2, nation wide, hopefully will know in 1-2 months
